Just a quick update!
We've arrived in Cairo safe and sound!
So far not much to report, we visited the Egyptian Museum this afternoon which not only was it jam packed with amazing amazing artifacts from tombs, mummies of people and animals and so much more, it was also cram packed with tourists. My goodness so many tourist here. Funny though, we have walked around the area of our hotel quite a bit and have seen very few tourists, but lots at the museum.
The weather here is chillier than we imagined for Egypt, its about 10 degrees right now, and its 10:30 at night. Not complaining though, I know its colder at home!
People here are all dressed head to toe in clothes. No shorts or short sleeved shirts for anyone. Maybe because its cooler, but i think for religious reasons. Its not that cool during the day.
Tomorrow we are off to the pyramids. Hopefully we will have some amazing pictures to show you all!
Off to bed now, still feeling a bit jet lagged.

Sounds so neat already Laura! I have a smile on my face imagining how it must be. Ok so are you getting yourself a sheet to wear from head to toe? hehe!
