We just booked our tickets to Central America! The countdown has begun. Chris is leaving on January 14th, flying to Costa Rica via Toronto and Charlotte, and I will be leaving on February 22nd flying to San Salvador, El Salvador to meet Chris, via Vancouver and LA. From there we will be making our way to Honduras!
But...............in the meanwhile, just to get us through the long winter, we have also booked a quick 1 week trip to Varadero, Cuba. Less backpacking, more relaxing on the beach with a Mojito in my hand and a Cervaza in Chris's. See I am learning my spanish!
I will get pictures posted on Cuba in a few weeks and then stay tuned for the next chapter of "the Adventures of Laura and Chris"!
ps. cervaza means beer for all you non-spanish speaking folks!
